The Race of the Classics -Young Professionals-.
The Race of the Classics for Young Professionals is sailed each year by a large number of young talents working in a variety of industries aboard classic sailing ships of all shapes and sizes.
The Young Professionals participate in a real sailing race on the North Sea. The fleet departs from Rotterdam. The goal is a crossing to Ipswich, England. Eventually, the fleet will finish via IJmuiden on the IJ River in Amsterdam, where the event will conclude with a smashing final party.
And the Luciana joins in!
Sailing experience is not necessary. Under the inspiring guidance of experienced skippers and crew members, the Young Professionals experience what it is like on a sailing ship in the North Sea. The ‘Rees’ has since become the largest sailing race on classic sailing ships in the Netherlands
